Chloe McFadden is a third-generation jazz artist
born and raised in Kansas City, MO. With velvet tones and raw emotional grit, she
bridges the timelessness of jazz with the urgency of
now. Raised in a legacy of musicianship, her voice
doesn’t just sing—it tells stories.
Her talent emerged early—singing fluently by age
three and earning her first paid performances at just
six years old. She was one of the youngest children
selected by Kansas City Parks & Recreation to
perform weekly, foreshadowing a lifelong path in
music.
By age eleven, Chloe had already begun earning
accolades,
A standout even as a child, she was invited to sing the National Anthem at Kauffman Stadium
for the Kansas City Royals, and became a favorite in Kansas City’s nightclub scene—regularly
performing alongside her father and uncle at historic venues such as The Blue Room, The
Phoenix, Jardine’s, and Plaza III.
As a teen, Chloe expanded her artistry, becoming a regular backup vocalist for the rock band
Shooting Star, and stepping into theatrical roles including Mimi in Shawnee Mission North’s High
School production of "RENT" and a supporting role in "Children of Eden" and Leawood Players
"The King and I".
Now as an adult, Chloe’s presence commands stages across the city. She has been featured at:
She currently holds a weekly residency every Thursday at The Phoenix and is seen regularly at The Shop Cigar Lounge, Prima Facie, Rafael Hotel, continuing to offer her community soul-baring, story-driven
performances that echo her lineage and speak to the now.
In addition to her solo residencies she also headlines weddings, galas, and
private events under her own name—bringing her signature blend of soul, sophistication, and
storytelling to high-end stages nationwide.
